Can you provide the datasheet of the BMS before sampling ?

No , but we can provide it after samples completed.

Does the lithium battery pack add the BMS ?

If customer need, the lithium battery pack can be built in BMS according to device parameter.

Does the 3.7v lipo cell only max. 0.5C discharge ?

Normally ,the discharge current of most 3.7v lipo battery is 0.5C discharge ,but some special lipo battery has high discharge rated ,we can provide the 1C discharge lipo battery if customer need.

Q:What's the discharge temperature of lithium battery ?

The discharge temperature should be between -20℃ to +60℃.

Q:How to check the lithium battery first?

We can check the appearance of the lithium battery first ,there shall be so such defects as followings,which may adversely affect commercial value of the cell.1.Scratch2.Rust3.Discoloration4.Dirt5. Deformation 6.Leakage

Q: Can I use mix difference cell into battery pack?

The cell should not be used with other cells having a different capacity ,chemistry ,or manufacture. Doing so could cause the battery to generate heat,smoke,catch fire,or explode.

What's should be battery SOC (State Of Charge )at the storage?

The recommendation is SOC 10~50% for long-term storage

Q:What's the lithium battery SOC (state of charge) at the shipment?

Usually, the battery condition at shipment SOC (State Of Charge ) not exceed 30% of rated capacity

Q:Is it ok for battery which can be stored in device for a long time?

If you don’t use the battery for a long time , you should better remove the battery to dry condition of low humidity. Even though the device has been turned off , the battery still will consume some current ,it will shortens the working life of the battery.

Q:What information do you need to make a customized 18650 lithium battery pack?

1.    application 2.    working voltage range 3.    max continuous current and peak current 4.    max battery size 

Q: What is overcharge?

After charge, tested the batteries' initial state and capacity. Charge to 10.0V at 3C current, then charge to 0.01C at CV mode.Observe changes in battery appearance.

Q:Can you produce according to the samples?

Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings.
